Welcome!

Welcome to the 75 Medium Challenge - 2025!

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, nourish your body, or just find a balanced routine, you're in the right place!

This Challenge is all about consistency, self-care, and accountability, offering a gentler alternative to the intense "75 Hard" challenge.

Here, we focus on creating lasting change without the stress of perfection

The Challenge Breakdown:

Over the next 75 days, we’ll work together to meet a few simple but impactful goals each day. The aim is to develop healthy habits and support each other along the way. If you miss a day or fall off track, don’t worry—you won’t have to start over. It's all about progress, not perfection.

75 Soft Rules:

Eat Mindfully: No strict or fad diets necessary —just focus on nourishing, clean foods and balance. Listen to your body and make choices that fuel you properly. BUT do your best to not break your diet.

Exercise for 45 Minutes a Day: Choose any type of workout activity you enjoy. Aim for at least one active recovery day each week.

Hydrate: Drink at least half of your bodyweight in water every day. Feel free to doctor up your water with hydrating fruits & vegetables like lemons, berries, and cucumber!

Read 10 Pages Daily: Dive into any book of your choice. Bonus points if it’s a non-fiction book focused on personal growth.

Limit Alcohol: Enjoy a drink only on social occasions, and keep it to a reasonable amount. Bonus points if you go alcohol-free for the entire challenge

What to Expect:

This group is a supportive, judgment-free space where we’ll share our wins, challenges, and everything in between. Whether you need motivation, meal ideas, workout tips, or a little encouragement, we’ve got your back. Together, we’ll keep each other accountable and celebrate progress over perfection!

Let's make this a transformative 75 days—one step at a time!

About Your Host

Brette Crane

Hi, I'm Brette, your host of 75 Soft - a community wellness challenge aimed to support my fellow Islanders on their health journeys.

I’ve lived on Drummond Island for seven years now, and over time, I've truly found my "spot" in the community through volunteer work with the fire department and being a volunteer Spin Instructor for the D.I. Medical Center.

My passion for wellness runs deep as deep as my desire to help those around me embrace healthier lifestyles. Living on the island can be tough on both our physical and mental health, especially during the winter months.

That’s why I’m offering to guide you all through 75 Soft – to help us all push through and thrive together. I’m excited to share this challenge with you and to inspire a sense of support, motivation, and wellness in our community.
